On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, in the lobby of the Faculty of Geotechnical Engineering in Varaždin, the 15th STEM Skills Fest was held, with a series of short workshops through which participants learned:
- what can we create using a 3D pen
- how to teach mini robots to dance, and
- how to program a Lego robot.
STEM Fest activities took place from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and were attended by approximately a hundred preschool and primary school-aged children.
The host of the 15th STEM Fest was the Faculty of Geotechnics in Varaždin, which is also a partner in the project. This STEM Fest was also an activity as part of the celebration of World Environment Day, organised by the faculties of the University of Zagreb. STEM Skills Fest is held as one of the activities of the STEP for STEM project.
