On Thursday, June 26, 2025, the 2nd STEM Skills Fest was held in front of the Graberje Sports Hall in Varaždin, with a series of short workshops through which participants could learn about STEM skills, such as:
– How to run a 3D pen using solar energy
– How to build a figurine with a 3D pen
– What the Sun looks like through the eyepiece of a telescope
– How the Sun and wind produce the energy
– How to teach a robot to do something for us
– How to code mini-robots to avoid obstacles
The STEM Fest took place from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and was attended by around one hundred preschool and elementary school children. The event was organised as one of the activities of the STEP for STEM project.
